MacDill Air Force Base's Top III Enjoy 'Game On Nation' Seminar
USO Central Florida and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers teamed up to bring members of MacDill Air Force Base’s Top III organization to One-Buc Place for a morning of fun and laughter with ‘game on Nation’. Founded in 1997, 'game on Nation’ is the leader in social interaction, self-awareness and overall communication training. The USO and 'game on Nation’ collaborate to provide fun and motivational programs to those dealing with the challenges of military life, giving them tangible skills to help them stay resilient and optimistic in the face of adversity. 'game on Nation’s’ dynamic instructors use humor, games and exercises to get audiences excited about building valuable social and life skills. Each seminar has themes tailored to the audience’s needs, with the Top III focusing on leadership and mentorship.
The Buccaneers hosted the Senior Enlisted Leaders for the seminar and topped the day off with lunch in the players’ dining hall. Bucs’ Linebacker Coach Hardy Nickerson stopped by for a surprise visit to speak to the group and offer words of advice about the importance of teamwork, a theme essential to succeeding in the fields of both football and the military.
